Mend Citroen Xsara 2.0 HDI Engine Turns Ignition

my citroen xsara 2.0 hdi wont start//?

engine turns over ok ,no noise when you turn ignition on to say pump working ,tested pump it ok,you can hear relay clicking when you turn ignition on?
