conditioner problem on Samsung washing machine?

The confitioner isnt taken into washing machine from the drawer. It is a J1453S front loader.

The cycle seems to finish with no error codes appearing, however the conditioner hasnt been used.

I know very little about Washing machines, so it may be a simple problem to resolve.
