noisy hotpoint when spinning?

best of luck mate.
i had a bra bit wedged above the heater element, to get at it you need to remove the back plate(4 screws)take off the sump to pump hose (2 spring clips)and then you can remove the sump (1 jubilee clip) tip the machine on its back (and the coin will roll away). Reassembly is simply the same operation reversed (the spring clips were a bit of a bitch & the sump will p*ss out if unless both it & its clip are square and pretty tight)
