my vauxhall vectra is not getting enough acceleration when i press the pede?

Hi just to update you car is not fixed. back to normal. The systems before fixed no revs and sometimes the light came on dash. Took erg valve off and stripped it down took soleniod out very corruded used bench wheel and wire brush. He has not done any mechanically before got some pictures with step by step instructions. If you want these pictures put your e-mail address and we will send you them. only took about a hour.

Mine is the same I have been informed it is the erg valve and you might just need to take it off and clean it. At this moment my husband is cleaning mine. He has never done any mechanically work before. I will keep you updated if this solves my problem. Joanne BROWN

You may need your throttle body and icv cleaning.
