how do I mend my front passenger window on my Renualt CC?

I have a 2005 Renualt Dynamique (cc). The passenger window does not go down when the centre 'roof down' button is pressed (all other windows go down OK). Window operates OK from door switch and main driver's door switch. When engine is completely switched off, the passenger window still operates from passenger switch and driver's main switch - all other windows do not operate.
