Mend Glow-worm Boiler Power Heating System

glow worm combi boiler got power but mains light off & doesnt work?

I have a glow worm combi boiler & noticed mains light had gone out.Changed mains fuse - can hear boiler is receiving power but mains light still off and boiler won't work at all, no hot water or rads.
Any one got any idea what the problem is
