Mend Hotpoint RFA060 Defrost Temperature Appliance

High Temp Light?

The high temp light is permanently on and the freezer has defrosted. I have tried emptying the freezer and leaving off for a few hours and then switching back on with fast freeze, but nothing diffferent.
