Mend Cannon Not Change Help

I can not change the temperature in my Cannon cooker, any help?

All other aspects, the hob, and top oven work perfectly, but the main oven, once lit will remain at a very low low flame, I cannot change the temperate.

i have a similar problem with my leisure cooker grill top plate works fine. when the oven is first lit the flame is low and then it turns to high even on a low setting. if i turn it back to the point where u first light the cooker it will go lower. if you have found an answer please let me know
