all you need to do is undo the allen bolts around the transmission cover,leave the kickstart there,when the cover is off you will see a belt and two rounds things the one on the left is the variator,undo the nut in the middle ofit with a suitable tool i use an impact gun,then take off the outer half anf the next part to tak off is the washer it looks like a mans wedding ring
and then refit the variator half and nut,use some loctite on the nut thread and the crank and make sure its done up tight.put your cover back on and go for a ride(faster)
