my ford fiesta indicators work on the outside but i am unable to hear the ?

my ford fiesta indicator lashes on the outside but i am unable to hear the usual noise inside the car

The flasher unit is mounted around the top of the steering column next to the idicator switch, so if the indicators are working either the unit is very quiet or your hearing is not so good!!
