Knocking noise in CH pipes, Bang when flush the toilet?

I get knocking noise at 3 different places while then CH system is on & the boiler comes on. And when I flush upstairs toilets, when it fills up I hear a loud bang in the pipes within the bathroom somewhere. This is since I have replaced the ball valve with the new type of filler valve thing.
