Blomberg SmartTouch dishwasher won't shine?

Hello,
I am having some problems with my Blomberg SmartTouch dishwasher.
It seems like the glasses do not shine anymore.
I think the problem is because the shining fluid is not dispersed.
I have had a lot of washes, but the light of the "low shining fluid" is never lit.
Can you please tell me how to make the fluid disperse?

The fluid - Rinse Aid is very probably dispersing - what you may be seeing is Hazing - this Wikipedia article explains it...
