how do i fix horn on mondeo 92?

thank you allan mellor for your help my horns are broken so need 2 replace them . you were very helpfull .

the horn assembly is located under nearside wing turn steering to nearside and you will see a black plastic cover inside the wheel arch remove the plastic cover and the horns are there if you run a live wire from the battery to the horns and they work then the problem is the switch/on steering wheel.if they dont work change the horns if you cant remove plastic cover then try to gain access from under very front near side of car
