Mend Zanussi WJS 1265 W Wjs

Zanussi WJS 1265 W?

I hope someone can please help - the machine is showing an E20 fault- blocked drain filter/pipe. The drain filter was clean, and I have blown down the water outlet pipe and that seems clear - blowing bubbles into drain outlet reservoir...... Tried to look underneath but cannot really see much. Any ideas how to remove casing to get at pipes please or any other ideas.

Thanks will give it a try - did not know it was OK to tip it on its back in case it caused further damage!

could be a faulty drain pump or something jammed in the drain pump impeller.lay machine on its back and you can get access to the pump from underneath, which is mounted to the back of the filter housing
