central locking sys does not work 91 bmw 318is?

doors can only be unlocked with key one at a time no power locks it happend all at once car was sitting id start it once a week to charge batt then this happend thinking its the module for the locks i found it under the left speaker not sure how to test it either any help .....mahalos
