how do I get rid of sealant from around UPVC window frames?

How do I get rid of sealant from around the window frame? Installed 3 years ago - now sealant on white looks dirty. Have tried scraping - takes too long for whole house.

get some industrial upvc cleaner put this on a cloth or squirt it directly to the area u r cleaning then use the cloth to wipe it of this usally comes up a treat. other wise u can get a silicone remover tool from any diy stores
