error code?

Mart, are you sure its error code 82? as this code is not listed in the Ford dealers list!! there is code E2 this is unit overheated, check for hot air leaks around the radio, there is also code E-8x this is load/eject fault, remove the power plug from the radio for 30~40 secs refit (radio code) then re-try if still the same replace radio
