how can i fix my cookworks breadmaker (model XBM1129 230V)?

My breadmaker is missing one small but essential part- a small circular metal piece that fits under the bread tin and moves the mixing arms round inside the tin.
Can anyone tell me what the part is called and where I can find one please.
