if you remove and clean the condenser then reach to the back of the hole where the condenser sits, you will need to use your fingers to feel around for a small hole that tends to block up with fluff and unblock it,this will let water that collects in the condenser drain to the water chamber at the rear of the machine,and from the chamber the water is pumped up to the water tank where it should be! you may also find water sitting in the shallow trough directly under the fan to the right of the condenser.....caused by the same problem....fluff blocking the drain behind the condenser. hope this helps any onewho reads it.
