Mend Hotpoint TDC32 Tumble Dryer Leak Condenser

How can I stop a leak on my tumble dryer?

I have a Hotpoint Aquarius Condenser Dryer (TDC32) which is leaking water slightly. I've checked that the condenser is clean & that the water container is empty but it's still happening. What could be the cause?
