Mend Delonghi DMX65 Combi Microwave

Delonghi combi microwave DMX65?

the above appliance only recognises certain numbers on the key pad and won't let me set the time or cooking modes. the main fuse in the plug is ok as is the fuse inside. it's about 4yr old but hardly been used. any help would grateful. cheers
