Mend Neptune Solo Temperature Fluctuating Shower

my neptune solo shower keeps going hot and cold what is causing it?

when my shower is turned on it runs at temperature at first and then it runs either red hot or stone cold alternatively, ive took the fascia off and everything is connected
any idea what it could be ?
