Why does my car battery keep going flat?

Hello, i have 1992 1.8 Ford mondeo Turbo deisel, i have had a flat batery problem for some time, ive had a new battery, and a brand new altinator and its still going flat, no lights or any electricals are switched on draining the battery. HELP !!!!
