ford galaxy low pitch rub noise when turning left?

I have a 1997 ford galaxy and have noticed that when i turn left and if the road has bumps or pot holes, i get a low pitched noise that can only be described as a rubbing type noise that occurs when i go over the bump........it only happens when turning left and only as you go over the bump, and seems to come from the top of the suspension..... on the offside (drivers side). Fitted new drop links last year as they had gone so i know it is not them, plus when they went it was a rattling noise......please help
