Mend Briggs & Stratton 3.5 Lawn Mower Engine Carburetor

Briggs & Stratton 3.5 engine advice please?

My Mower keeps stalling after about 60 seconds. It has a new plug and oil and filter but won't run for longer than this. Also the carb is leaking fuel in a big way when i'm not using it. What an I missing? I would say a blocked fuel line but why would it run ok for a minute if this was the case? Advice appreciated.

well i woud first buy a fuel sfut off its a small pice that hooks from the gas lie to the carb line then buy some gasket sealer for the carb then if that dosnt work try adjusting the carbs gas and air intake buy the little nobs ont the carb
