thetford cassette toilet pump?

Hi there - I.m pretty sure its in the tank at the back of the toilet accessed under the flush switch. I've got the electric flush model and you have to prise the plate off under the switch which is tricky as its stuck down with some really sticky horible stuff. Watch you don't get this everywhere. I think there are a couple of screws to undo and then you can get to the wires leading to the switch assembly which if you pull up should bring the pump out. If your pump is u.s. you can get one alot cheaper than the £30-£40 ones in the caravan places if you shop around. They are just a submersible pump nothing special. I think i paid about £10 a couple of years ago but i can't remember where from sorry. Hope this helps
