"of" Dishlex Global 450?

My dishwasher goes part way through cycle then flashes "of" and makes a continuous humming sound like a pump still going or something. Even when you open the door. I have tried disconnecting the power but when I plug it in again, it does the same thing. It is a Dishlex Global 450 and I have no manual
