not working?

it's not working at the moment,sometimes when i put it on it works for about 10 mins then goes off again

They don't work all the time - they work away making themselves cold and when they get cold enough they stop working and slowly get warmer - just a bit warmer - and after a while they start to make themselves cold again. And so the whole process continues.

It is a Freezer isn't it?
