There is little pressure. On full power it is cold for a good half a minute or so and then works the same as on medium but low pressure. Seems as though max power is not working.
Has worked fine for 3 years or so.

Likely to be a fault with heating element.
Power off the appliance at the main switch.
The elements can then be checked with a mulitmeter.
Typical resistance reading should be about 14 ohms for each element section.
If in doubt call an electrician to assist.
