Mend Hotpoint WMA62 Help Going Round

can anyone help?

I have a hotpoint ultima wma62, when the drum is going round it is making a loud clonking noise, its even louder when spinning , any suggestions what it might be. if you think you have an idea of the problem, how much do you think it will cost. thanks
