Have I invalidated my warrenty?

Hi I have a Candy GO DV 117 with a fiver year parts warranty. It is nearly two year old now so is still in its parts warranty but not the labour! I have taken it apart and found the problem - one of the two wheel bearings has broken - the rubber seal around it has pulled off and is causing the horrific banging noises the tumble dryer was making! Will Candy accept this and send me the part or have I invalidated my warranty by taking it apart and they won't send me the replacement part? Andy
