burnham american boiler, bleed still won't start?

we are in the middle of a snow storm! have burnham america boiler, ran fine all night long, quit this morning, we tried bleeding, it usually starts after that if we run out of oil, last night we back filled water into the system to bring pressure back to normal, it stopped all clanking and ran awesome, won't fire now, the burner won't ignite, there is no fuel coming out of the bleeder valve , no air or fuel, cleaned it, and cleaned oil filter, took some gunk out of it, still won't fire. please help limited funds, and snow storm house cold
