Mend accenta 8 mini Security System Keypad

accenta 8 mini alarm repace key pad ?

im totaly lost i had this alarm fitted about 10 years ago now the key pad is on its last legs so i got a new key pad to swap but the company that fitted the alarm went bump and they changed the default engineers code how can i change the key pad with no engineers code ???? HELP
