My shower runs for a minute full force..then abruptly stops. If I turn it off for a minute, then on.. it will come back on full force...and then "boom" abruptly stops. Any ideas re: cause...repair?
sounds like a rock or big debri in valve. I would turn the water off to house then take the valve out have someone turn the water on slowly flush the valve body reassemble and see what happens.If you get lucky you will see something come out of the valve body when the water is turned on .carefull not to flood out bathroom when valve is out.Usually turn the water on then back off immediately will do it
