My Lidl Sat Receiver Comag SL 55 is giving trouble?
After working perfectly for 5 yrs the pictures are breaking up in all chanels and the sound stops and starts, making clucking and crackling noises. The cables, antenna dish and signal seem ok after much checking with a sat signal finder. It looks like the sat receiver itself is the problem. Any ideas? Don't say dump it - I want answers.
These receivers develop a problem with overheating in the power supply unit after a few years. And person you fixes these units can help.

if you could take it to a friends DISH " and try it on it , you will know if its the LNB , before you buy one , but 5 years ,on the box is doing well, could just be on its way out"
