kieth so you have a tamper lockout open the main panel and check on the scb to wires are in the two terminals if only one is then you need to loop it if there is 2 then thats fine if that isnt the problem look for tamp on the panel and if you have used tamper for your zones make sure all the lids on the sensors are tight if you are not using tamper zones then you need to check tamp is looped between the 2 terminals on the keypad there should also be tamp make sure there is 2 wires going in the terminals in the keypad and on the main panel

as ive said check SCB on the panel
