Mend Saunier Duval 23 Boiler Heating

How can I get my Saunier Duvall23 working again?

Have just put a new radiator in my bedroom in a new position so had to drain down, adjust pipework etc. When I turned the boiler back on it worked for about 15 seconds then turned off. This happened several times, then the boiler cut out and now will not re-ignite. Any suggestions?
