I Have NO Warm Air intake; With or Without Fan Assistance, 2002 Mondeo?

My mondo 2002 does not have any warm or Hot air intake. I have ajusted the temp control knob but it still only blows COLD! I have tryied to remove the centre consul, the bottom half has come away but.. I am unable to get the top part of the facia off to locate the temp switch. any Feedback to my problem would be appreciated.
