how to bleed firebird 70 popular oil filled boiler?

hi hope you can help, my work boiler has ran out of fuel
getting some delivered tomorrow, how do i bleed the system, last time this happened the plumer just unscrewed a allen key grub screw until the fuel came out then tightened it and bobs your uncle it worked.
