Mend Galaxy Problem Burners Work

trying to fix my basic noncleaning oven problem?

the oven heats up when it is off and does not heat up enough when you do turn it on. the burners on the stovetop work. I have to unplug when not in use, b/c of the oven always being warm. I need to know what the problem is, so I can have use of my oven back!!!!!the make is Galaxy and it is a basic, noncleaning electric stove.
