MY KARCHER HDS790 C DIESEL HOT WATER PRESSURE WASHER IS EXSAUSTING THICK DIESEL SMOKE, AND THERE IS AN EXCESS OF DIESEL FUEL IN THE BURNER CHAMBER. HOW CAN I SORT THIS PLEASE
you will need to strip the boiler and powerwash the coil to get rid of any soot. Then reassemble it fitting new burner nozzle and electrodes. Set the gap to 3mm approx. Make sure you have clkean fuel. When it starts it will give small sparks out off the chimney,this will be any loose soot ,it should soon stop. The fuel pressure should be checked. (9-10 bar) my guess you donot have a pressure gauge. Turn the screw in the middle of the fuel pumpanti clockwise by 1/4 turn. this should do it . Set temp gauge to 50 degrees and run for 1/2 it should clear up
