My 6 month old ford fiesta will not start. When I turn the key the engin does not turn over. The transponder light flashes fast. We had the local ford garage to collect the car and it started first time. They had it for 3 days and it never failed. We have had it back for 2 weeks and this morning it will not start again. Does any one have any suggestions?

Have you checked the battery? Does the charge hold on the battery? Has the car been left stationery for a long period?

just a point, you dont keep your key on same ring as another key fitted with transponder for a different vehicle do you, this can sometimes cause problems with immobiliser system.
