Mend Kew Hobby 1100 Water Washer Trigger

Kew Hobby pouring out water ?

I have kew hobby 1100 pressure washer and when i switch it on and press the trigger watter pours out from insuide the case. Can anyone help

This has happened to me in the past, there is a little white plastic bit inside which is affected by the frost, so I was told when I had it mended.
