how can i fix my white knight 76aw condenser dryer?

The dryer makes a loud noise when the drum is turning.. It drys the washing but the red indicator keeps coming on to say the water bottle is full when its empty.. It did work with some perserverance and a object wedged between the bottle and the door but today it wont work at all.. Hope i have given enough info as need it fixed a s soon as possible as have 3 kids with plenty of washing to dry.. Thank u.. :)
