Mend White Knight 77AW Condenser

white knight 77aw condenser ?

hi , our tumble dryer turns and seems to be heating up , but our clothes are still wet . we have cleaned out the condenser box and the reset the red button at the back ,any advice would be very helpful thank you.

if you pull the condenser box out of the machine can you see straight through it clearly when held to the light?. pressure wash it out or use a hose to flush the fluff out.could be a stat issue or may be only half the element is working.
