Mend Fiat 176 Over Punto 1996

how can i over ride immobiliser on fiat punto 1996?

due to lost key the door locks were removed,ignition barrel opened for screwdriver start..suspect immobiliser preventing getting further ..can i deactivate it,then replace with new ignition/key.
