Hot water in separate showers is running cold after a few minutes?

We have a Grant multipass 9. Over the last few weeks although the heating is fine and we have hot water in all the taps, the water in the showers is running cold after a few minutes. The showers are far apart in the house and are different models. Any idea what is wrong
