If you are using someone else's equipment, network, routing, Internet connection, etc., Respect their wishes as to how they want it used.

You would expect other people not to abuse your stuff if you allowed them to use it. Why should you be any different?

Of course, you could always access MySpace and anything else you wish on your own PC and via your own connection.

Myspace isn't actually locked at all. Having said that some places: schools, workplaces, etc. restrict access to it. So you need to ask your organisation's Network Administrator for access to it - simples.
