Cardy Ugg disaster?

I bought a pair of cardy uggs from www.uk-uggsoutlet.com however they were laddered(the knit had run). Does any one know where I can get them repaired, or if I can get them repaired. The company won't replace them unless I pay $40 dollars for the return postage....a little steep I think when they sent me the damaged boots.....they knew what they were doing. Mean while my daughter is still waiting for her birthday present!
