High and low settings?

The basic carb settings are one and a half turns out from closed on both H and L screw, there is a special tool to adjust the screws, they do not have a screw driver slot in the end, these are only basic settings, fine adjustment will be required for good idle and pick up, max rpm should be set up useing a revv counter, these machines run at 11700/12000 rpm do not try to get any more revs as this will only reduce the power.
